Message delivery options

Message delivery options is a section of SMS delivery settings that allows you to choose the optimal option for sending SMS messages. In general, there are two SMS delivery methods available in Cliniccards:

1. TimelinesAI connection – a platform for teamwork with WhatsApp, which allows you to connect a number, send and receive messages, and integrate WhatsApp with other services, including Cliniccards. Using automated SMS sending allows you to provide a relatively higher level of service to your patients, as SMS messages can increase attendance and significantly reduce the workload of clinic administrators. 2. TCG Telecom connection – for clinics located in Lithuania, SMS messaging is connected through the TCG Telecom operator. To connect, you need to contact a TCG Telecom representative using the contact details provided in the TCG Telecom Connection Manual section and sign a contract with the company.
