Patient status

Patient status enables more precise segmentation of the clinic patient database. You can follow up the aspects of work with patients and analyze them by grouping your patients under certain parameters.

For example, you can group your patients by their status in the reports Clinic зatients, Reports on the first-time patients and Forgotten patients for the purposes of making analysis of work with these groups of patients in future.

Moreover, an administrator or a doctor can use a patient status for immediate determination of the current treatment stage or cooperation for a specific patient.

A list of standard statuses is available in Cliniccards by default. Herewith, you can add any status or category relevant to your clinic.

This option is available exclusively to a clinic owner in Settings → Other → Patient statuses.

 

PATIENT STATUS PROCEDURE

  1. Create status categories. 

Create the patient status categories in Settings → Other → Patient status before working with a patient status. Use the function to add the categories in accordance with the parameters to be followed up. For example, you can add a category “Referral Program”.

Click the Add a category button to add a new status category.

  1. Create a status.

A status can be created when the categories are added. Click the Add a status button to create a new status.

  1. Work with patient statuses.

A patient status is added in his/her card left of the photo in the patient profile. You can simultaneously assign several statuses to a patient.

A status New is assigned to a patient by default when a card is created.
