In Cliniccards you can sign and fill in the documents from your tablet using a digital signature. This is how you can use electronic documents to work with your patients.
Use the function to sign the following documents:
First you need to set a digital signature to work with it. More information on how to set and work with this function is available in the guideline below:
1. Set up a signature device
To set up a digital signature at the device to be used for this purpose, go to cliniccards.com website using a browser at this device. Then click the Login for devices button that generates a code at the bottom of the home page.
2. Add your tablet to the list of digital signature devices
At the same time, go to Settings → Other → Digital signature devices from your work computer and click the Add button. Enter the code you got on the page Login for Devices in the field Code in the dialog box.
3. Add an agreement on the document signing procedure
As provided in accordance with Article 207 of the Civil code of Ukraine, use of an electronic signature is allowed only upon conclusion of the agreement containing an example of a patient signature. Thus, a clinic and a patient shall conclude an Agreement on the document signing procedure.
You can find a template of the agreement in Cliniccards in the section Settings → Other → Document templates → Add button.
Select an Agreement of the document signing procedure from the dropdown list. Specify the appropriate clinic data in the document before saving it.
4. Use the digital signature
To send documents to the administrator for signature, select the required documents in the Documents section of the patient's card, then click the Digital sign button.
The documents are sent to the device (for example, tablets). A patient can view the documents and affix his/her signature in the appropriate field at the end of the document. For this purpose, you must click the Done button to save the agreement.
When a patient signs a document, a notification on signing the document by the patient is sent to the appropriate specialist.
All documents signed this way are tagged as Signed at the *Device* in the section Document of the patient card.
