Diagnosis templates make clinic performance description significantly faster by using comments in a treatment history of a patient card.
There are examples of the diagnosis templates available in Cliniccards by default. You need to edit them in compliance with your clinic specialization and services provided therein. If you want to add a diagnosis to a treatment history using a template, click button and select the necessary templates from the list when you create a comment in the treatment history.
The diagnosis templates are regulated by the corresponding access rights. The access right either allows or restricts creation of new or editing of available diagnosis templates used in a patient treatment history.
