Document templates
In the section Document templates you can create a company letterheads for all types of patient documents to significantly reduce time required to prepare patient documents for print. Go to Settings → Other → Document templates to create templates for the required documents.
To create a template, click the Create button next to every category of documents in a standard editor:
The following actions can be performed in the document form editor:
- Add and format a text;
- Add a table. Click the Table – Parameters of the table properties button on the toolbar to edit the added table as you need. For example, you can make the table frames transparent.
- Use the function Insert on the editor toolbar to add the necessary macros, which automatically add the required data from the patient card, to the text of the document. For example, you can add diagnosis, next visit date, amount of the patient debt, etc.
Important: The system generates documents by default using the first templates from the list when you work with documents in a patient card. Click the Move button in the right part of the act template list to change the sequence of templates in the list.
If you need to use any other documents when you work with the financial documents of the patients (acts of performed works and payments), then select the necessary template from the list at the top of the document in the print mode.
You can add the following document templates to work with patients:
You can add any information (card numbers, numbers of acts, comments to the acts, etc.) to the act template editors.
For example, you can use the option Insert to change the table of the performed works to make your work more convenient:
- There are item numbers in the act, item names, cost of every item and total amount of all items in the acts in the Table of performed works.
- There are the following columns in the Table of performed works 2:

- item number in the act,
- item code in the price list,
- number of every items
- price per item
- Amount per item
- % of discount, discount amount in money terms
- Amount including discount
- Total cost of the acts of performed works, total discount amount, amount including discount, paid and balance are under the table of the performed works.
- Table of performed works 3 can be printed on the thermal printer (receipt format) and includes the following columns: total cost of the act of performed works and paid amount.
If you need another table format for the acts of performed works, first delete the current table and then click Insert and select the appropriate table macros.
- Templates of Previous Acts is a parameter that is under the same principle as the Act Templates.
Use the previous acts to agree further treatment procedures with a patient. The most important difference between the Previous Act and Acts of Performed Works is that a debt is not formed in the patient finances when a previous act of performed works is generated.
- Payment templates is a subsection where you can add the necessary number of payment templates with the corresponding text.
A payment template is used to create several types of patient payment forms, for example, for settlements with patients through different clinic companies. The created payment templates will be selectable in the section Finances of the patient card when you click the Print button next to the corresponding payment.
- Plan templates is a parameter for changing the company treatment plan letterheads for print, for example, when you add information on the warranties or possible changes during the treatment process.
The treatment plan template functions also enable planning of the previous treatment stages for the similar treatment scenario.
- Templates of reports on the acts for insurance companies. The template data are set only if your clinic cooperates with insurance companies. More information is available in the section Work with insurance companies.
