The data on the number of the patients attracted through the specified source are grouped and shown as a chart in the report How do new patients know about the clinic.
The data on the patient attraction sources can be sorted in several other reports:
Thus, for example, you can set such filters as By the first visit date, Any next Vvisit? and/or Reminders and Sources in the Report on the work with the first-time Patients, tab List of patients how many patients of those attracted through one of the promotion sources keep on getting treated in your clinic.
Moreover, use the patient status to make an additional analysis of different segments and categories of patients. A clinic owner may add unique patient statuses in addition to the standard ones, for example, for the patients who come to the clinic on somebody’s recommendations, referral programs, etc.
