It is of great importance to add all specialists when you start setting the service to ensure smooth cooperation between the clinic employees.
Go to Settings → Access rights → Invite a specialist to the clinic to invite a specialist.
Then click the Invite a specialist to the clinic button. A search box will appear. Use the box to find the necessary specialists by their last names or emails and invite them. An invited participant shall accept the proposal to become a clinic participant in his/her personal profile. A specialist shall click the widget Envelope in the right upper corner and accept the invitation with personal cooperation conditions.
There are two types of cooperation in Cliniccards. A type of cooperation is individually determined for every added specialist and attached to them for the whole period of corporations:
Condition 1: When the cooperation is terminated, a doctor shall get copies of cards of those patients, treatment stages for whom he/she has created and executed, if the stages include images and files.
Condition 2: When the cooperation is terminated, all data entered by the doctor to the stages of the treatment history of clinic patients are kept in the clinic.
