Time limits

We suggest restricting employees' access to edit system data and viewing past reports to enhance the clinic's data confidentiality. Go to Settings → Access rights → Limitation in time.

These access rights are often limited for administrators, doctors, and assistants, while clinic owners and managers have full reporting access.

Time limits enable you to set up access for employees based on two parameters:

  • Limitation of editing in time – you can control the specialist's ability to edit Cliniccards by setting a time limit for editing. For example, you can allow editing for 1 hour, or 1 day, or prohibit it entirely after the actions are saved in the system.
  • Limiting financial statements in time – you can set time limits for employees to view financial reports. This means that employees can only access report data during the specified time period. Keep in mind that even with time limits, employees will still see total sums in the General clinic report, but they won't be able to see manipulations, payments, and costs. To completely restrict access to the report for an employee, you can turn off the Access to clinic report in the Settings → Access settings.
