Time limits

We recommend you restrict access of your employees to the data editing in the system and to the view of reports for the previous period to ensure higher level of confidentiality in your clinic. 

Go to Settings → Access rights → Time limits.

The access rights are mainly partially restricted for administrators and completely restricted for the doctors and assistants. Owners and heads of the clinic have the right to set the restrictions.

Time limits enable setting of the employees’ access by two parameters:

• Editing time limits. The parameter is to assign or restrict access to the editing of data in Cliniccards and set a time limit for editing (for example, one hour, five hours or editing is forbidden). This means that a specialist can change or delete any action saved in the system during the provided period (for example, one hour, five hours, one day, etc.)
• Time limits for financial reports. This parameter enables individual determination of the periods in financial report available to every employee (for example, one day, three days, one week, one month). This means that only report data generated a certain time ago are available to the specialist (for example, one hour, five hours, one day ago, etc.).
