Creation of a clinic

Created a clinic to get access to all services available in Cliniccards. Follow the steps:

Сlinic creation options become available when you click a profile name in the left upper corner.
Fill all information fields of the clinic profile and click the button Save.

An owner can go to Settings - Clinic profile to change the main clinic information anytime :

the clinic name
logo
contact (website, email, phone, address)

When the clinic is created, you get access to all services available in Cliniccards.

You shall also add employees of your clinic and set their access rights to ensure full use of Cliniccards. Then you need to set a schedule and obligatory add a pricelist.

To implement additional security measures, we recommend restricting access to the clinic to users who do not have two-factor authentication for authorization in the Cliniccards system. Users themselves can set the second level of protection in their personal profile.
First, you need to turn on the Two-factor authentication switch and set it up using Google Authenticator (use instructions).

Our team has developed a feature that enables automatic backup (mirror copy) of your clinic data on Amazon S3 server. A backup is created once a day at the end of every work day. All encoded data are transmitted over the secure https channel.This is an additional information protection method that ensures data storage on the additional data carrier to provide the highest level of security. More details on how to set up the feature is provided in the section Backups for your clinic on Amazon S3 server of the Help.

There is a button to Remove clinic at the bottom of the page.

It should be noted that this option is available only for clinics with less than 40 patients to ensure additional data protection.

Please contact Cliniccards technical support to delete a clinic with more than 40 patients.
