Apply KPI (key performance indicators) to enhance performance of administrators working in the clinic (for example, a number of appointed patient visits per day, calls, etc.).
Go to Settings → Other → KPI management to add КРІ parameters.
When KPI parameters are added, open an administrator shift in the schedule or use a report Administrator shifts to follow up results for every shift of the administrator.
Just individually check the parameters observed during every administrator shift and the system calculates average performance.
These data are usually considered for the further salary calculation when perks or fines are accrued.
