Clinic marks

The clinic marks are convenient for the chain clinics that work with a general patient database but still want to separate the patient data.

The clinic marks enable separation and further tracking of the following data on every affiliate within one clinic:

  • Clinic cabinets
  • Patient cards
  • Patient visits
  • Acts of performed Works
  • Patient payments
  • Reports

A clinic owner can create an affiliate marks in Settings → Other → Clinic tags.

Click Add a mark button to add a mark.

Fill in the following information fields in a new dialog box:

  • Clinic affiliate name
  • Actual affiliate address
  • Affiliate IP-address
  • Mark status.
Specify an affiliate IP-address to ensure automatic assignment of the corresponding mark to the data created in the affiliate. Make sure that a clinic affiliate has a static IP-address before specifying the IP-address. Contact your Internet-provider to know the information.

You shall also assign a right of access to the marks for every clinic employee authorized to select the clinic marks when patient cards, acts of performed works and payments are saved.

Then you need to assign a corresponding affiliate mark to every cabinet. Go to Settings → Schedule → Clinic cabinets, click the Editing button and specify the corresponding mark in the field Mark.

Then a specialist having the corresponding access to the marks shall select the corresponding clinic affiliate mark when he/she saves an act of performed works from the treatment plan or in a quick act.

After that visit data,  acts of performed works and payments are saved with the corresponding mark.
