The Sent Messages section looks like a summary table that shows detailed information about each of the messages sent and helps you sort the information using a convenient filter in the first row:

  • Type — this filter allows you to filter messages depending on their type. These can be reminders about visits, birthday greetings, etc.;
  • Sender — a convenient tool for analyzing the activities of clinic specialists, as it allows you to filter the table depending on the user who was responsible for sending the SMS;
  • Patient — this filter allows you to find the desired patient in the list;
  • Phone — it is also possible to search and filter SMS messages by phone number;
  • Message — allows you to find SMS messages with specific text;
  • Date sent — allows you to filter the table according to the date the SMS was sent;
  • Error — allows you to filter messages with a specific error and collect all information about them, which in turn allows you to find the cause of the error and resolve it;
  • Status — allows you to filter SMS messages with a specific status.

These parameters are included in the SMS to patient category and show information about the message itself. Another category of the table, Patient response, displays information about the patient's confirmation of the visit and has the following parameters:

  • Answer — allows you to filter the table according to the patient's response;
  • Comment — when confirming the visit, the patient has the opportunity to leave a comment. This parameter allows you to find messages with the desired comment in the list;
  • Answer date — allows you to filter the table according to the date of the patient's response to the SMS.
