With the launch of the Laboratory module in Cliniccards, facilities can now collaborate with dental laboratories directly within the system. An order is created from the patient’s record, the lab receives it instantly, and the order status is visible in real time – no phone calls or messages required.
To collaborate with a lab, you need to ask them for an Invitation link, which they can generate in Orders → Customers. Once you receive the link, simply click on it in your Cliniccards account. This allows you to create orders for that laboratory.
