The Orders section in the facility

When a clinic owner enables Laboratory access for a specialist, a separate Orders module (or LAB on smaller screens) appears in the clinic’s top panel. This is a workspace for managing relationships with partner dental laboratories.

The module contains two sections:

  • Sent orders – a complete list of orders that the clinic has sent to laboratories;
  • Contractors – a list of partner laboratories (visible only to specialists with access rights to Contractors management).

Sent orders

The Sent orders section is the main workspace for managing orders sent to laboratories. It displays a complete list of orders with all information regarding their status, financial details, and deadlines.

The section includes the following filters:

  • period (current month, previous month, a specific month, or any other range);
  • patient statuses;
  • patients;
  • contractors (filter by specific laboratories processing the orders);
  • quick filters: All / Debtors / No Debt / Response needed / Overdue;
  • the Desired completion date toggle.

Each order’s feed contains the following information:

  • patient’s name and order date;
  • the provider who created the order and the performing laboratory;
  • completion deadline (highlighted in red if overdue);
  • order amount;
  • quick buttons: go to order, open patient card, print, contacts.

What specialists see:

  • Specialists with the Access to all orders permission see all the clinic’s orders at the laboratories.
  • Specialists without this permission see only the orders they created themselves.

Laboratories

The Laboratories section lists the dental laboratories with which the clinic collaborates. Accessible only to specialists with the Contractors management permission.

The table displays:

  • the laboratory’s name (with a logo if it is a Cliniccards laboratory);
  • phone number;
  • status (Active / Deleted);
  • date added.

At the bottom of the table is the Laboratory invitation link button and the Invitation link table, which stores the history of all created links: the link itself, status (Active / Used), date added, the laboratory that used the link, and the date of connection.
