The report Patients recommendations enables monitoring of the quantitative characteristics of the most reliable marketing tool that is personal recommendations of patients to their friends. Correspondingly, the report allows you to identify the patients who recommend your services and how many new patients they have attracted.
You can add the data on recommendations in the patient profile. Select option Patient recommendation from the list in the field Information source. There will be a new field below where you can specify a patient who has recommended your clinic.
You can even see the amount paid by the patient attracted to your clinic on the recommendations.
Thus, the report allows you to set up a unique loyalty scheme for the patients who recommend your services to their friends and acquaintances.
Use the Report on the first-time patients to ensure detailed analysis of conversion of the first-time patients into regular ones.
You can also use the report Patient attendance to follow all visits of patients in your clinic.
