The report Delay of patient visits shows time during which a patient is waiting for a visit.
The delay is determined automatically on the basis of information available on changing of the patient visit status. A delay time is a period between changing the status In the clinic to the status In the cabinet. However, the appointment delay starts no earlier than the start of the visit in the schedule. Visit status is mainly determined by the clinic administrators.
The report enables tracking, efficiency adjustment and arrangement of the doctor’s work.
