The report Treatment plans is an important internal management tool used to work with the patients as it enables tracking of a treatment stage for every patient of the clinic.The report data are based on the price list items included into the patient treatment plans.
The report is convenient for data analysis, as it has a filter in the first column. You can use the filter to sort treatment plans by patient status, telephone, plan name, total amount of the plan and amount of works performed from the plan, next scheduled visit and even see the calls and on whether reminder for a patient have been created.The list of the filter parameters is perfectly balanced and provides only necessary and important information.
Herewith, pay special attention to the parameter Percent complete as it allows you to determine correlation between the planned and provided services.A percent complete is calculated individually for every plan of every patient. The Treatment plan enables sorting of agreed and not agreed plans by using parameter Agreed.
This parameter allows selecting of all approved or alternative patient treatment plans. Use the filter to view all data available for the currently proceeding treatment plans.
If there are several plans for a patient, a plan marked with a star* is an approved one. If there is only one plan, it is considered to be an approved one by default.
