Treatment plans

Treatment Plans report is a vital internal management tool used at the clinic to track the treatment progress of each patient.

Treatment Plans report is available in two formats – a table and a graphical report.

It's easy to analyze the table data using the filter found in the first row. With it, you can sort treatment plans according to the following parameters:

  • Patient status;
  • Phone number;
  • Name of the plan; 
  • The dollar amount for which the plan is made; 
  • The dollar amount for which the plan was executed; 
  • The doctor who created the plans; 
  • Approved plans (marked with an asterisk); 
  • Patients scheduled for a follow-up visit or reminder.

The Completion percentage parameter indicates the ratio of completed services to planned services.

The Graphic section of the report presents summary charts based on key performance indicators and enables you to forecast future fund inflows using the following parameters:

  2. Percentage of completion – shows the number of plans completed by a certain percentage;
  3. Who made the plans – this parameter helps track the doctors who create the plans and the frequency of their creations;
  4. Planned works on price sections – provides the total amount of planned works broken down by price sections;
