Costs categories - this report is presented in the form of an arbitrary number of pie charts that show percentage and quantity data on the amount of expenses in the clinic.
The data in the report is divided into two groups - Spendings by categories and Spendings by suppliers.
1. The Spendings by categories report has two main pie charts. They are similar in functionality and differ in content. While the first chart shows summary data by expense category, the second shows data by subcategory.
In addition, the report displays an arbitrary number of pie charts detailing the indicators for the main cost categories, namely: percentage and quantitative data for subcategories of costs within their general category.
The number of such charts in the report directly depends on the number of categories created in the Cost categories section of the clinic settings.
2. The Spendings by suppliers report shows information on the volume of procurement expenses for each of the clinic's suppliers. The data is presented in the form of a chart and a table, and you can track the cost indicators in absolute and percentage values.
You can learn more about working with suppliers in the Manual sections Adding suppliers and Counterparties.
The report is generated on the basis of all entered costs of the clinic. Therefore, before you start working with this report, add cost categories and contractors (suppliers) of the clinic.
