Cliniccards specialists have developed an innovative anatomically correct dental formula for both permanent and primary teeth to simplify the work of the doctors. This formula is anatomically reliable and schematically represents the tiniest details of a clinical picture for every patient.
The dental formula is filled in the section Treatment history of a patient card.
Click the Dental formula button to add a dental formula form as a new treatment history stage.
Then the system will generate a new dental formula stage in the treatment history.
A new stage window is conditionally divided in two fields: a dental formula scheme is on the left and a list of tools to work with it is on the right.
Follow the sequence of steps to add data on the scheme:
1. Select the appropriate dental formula type (for permanent or primary teeth) and an area you want to describe (all teeth or some of them).
Please note! If you choose the milk type of tooth formula, you will be able to reproduce the clinical picture of the smallest patients in detail thanks to the children's tooth formula.
2. Select an appropriate work tool from the list on the right (for example, tooth decay, periodontitis, crown, etc.).
3. Click the appropriate element on the formula – tooth surface, root, periodontium. etc. Then the system assigns an appropriate status to the element.
4. Repeat this action several times.
5. When the formula is filled, click the Save button.
Then a new stage including a dental formula scheme and comments to it is generated in the patient treatment history. A comment is generated automatically.
If you click the Copy button in the upper right corner of the treatment step, you can create a Periodontal chart that is based on the created Dental formula, in which all diagnostic data will be entered at once.
Thus, a doctor can fill in a dental formula on the basis of real patient diagnosis data. This option significantly facilitates adding data to the dental formula and helps to avoid inaccuracies.
You can print the completed Dental formula by clicking the Print button.
