Visits

The history of all patient visits is provided in the section Visits. The history of all reminders and doctor notes is provided in the section if a clinic owner activates a note function in Settings → Other → Clinic settings.

 

PATIENT VISITS

The tab Visits of a patient card contains information on all patient visits. A correct visit status is important to update data when a patient visit is created or edited. Select a status from the list of proposed visit statuses at the top of the visit creation box.

The visits are created with the status Scheduled by default. The status is changed into Performed when a visit is completed.

The history of visit status changes directly impacts the clinic performance statistics and enables follow- up and regulation of the doctor performance. Click the Create a Patient visit button to appoint a next patient visit. Then the system will switch you to the schedule where you can select an appropriate date, time and specialist visit to whom is booked.

It is also important to store canceled or missed patient visits in the schedule because the visit that has been deleted from the schedule is not stored in the history of patient visits and clinic operational reports. A canceled visit can be reduced to 5 minutes or transferred to the already created virtual cabinet of Canceled visits so as not to waste time for the canceled visit in a doctor schedule.

Full information on the patient visits is provided in the report Patient visits. The report data can be filtered by all parameters from the first row of the report.

 

REMINDERS

The reminders in Cliniccards are also very convenient if you need to remind of any important event or beginning of the next patient treatment stage. Click the Add a reminder button to create a reminder of the selected patient for a specialist.

If you create reminders, you can assign a responsible specialist or a group of specialists (for example, an Administrator or a Head) who will receive a reminder notification displaying in the bell on the panel in the top right corner. 

The reminders can be of different priorities - Standard and High priority.

The reminders of high priority are tagged with an exclamation mark.

Moreover, you can also create non-patient-related reminders in Cliniccards. The reminders can be used for different managerial and operational tasks.

Click the Bell in the top right corner of the toolbar and follow the same steps as for creation of the patient reminders to create the reminder.

 

DOCTOR  NOTES

You can also work with doctor notes in the section Visits.

The notes are purposed to facilitate and arrange communication between doctors and clinic administrators/staff because doctors can make important notes or tasks related to the patient treatment stage or pretreatment processes. For example, a doctor can make a note as to the next patient visit and ask other employees to prepare some materials or appliances. 

A clinic owner should go to Settings → Other → Clinic settings to activate notes.
