Documents
The Cliniccards service functions ensure significant facilitation of work with the clinic patient documents. The section Documents is available in a patient card for the purpose.
A patient is obliged to sign legal documents provided by the clinic operating procedures during the first visit or before starting a treatment process. For example, these are the following documents:
- Agreement on Provision of the Healthcare Services;
- Dental Patient Medical Card;
- Informed Voluntary Consent on Diagnostics, Treatment, Surgery and Anesthesia;
- Consent to Process and Store Data in Cliniccards;
- Epidemiological Anamnesis (if any);
- Health Status and Drug Allergy Questionnaire;
- Consent to Photographic Diagnosis (if any);
- and other documents in compliance with the clinic operation procedure.
Go to the Settings → Other → Document Templates to create letterheads of all types to be used in a clinic that will reduce time required to prepare documents.
More information on document template creation is available in the section Document Templates of the Help.
All the necessary created templates are available in the section Documents of a patient card.
Go to the patient card, open the tab Documents and then click the appropriate document to print it. You can add information on the opened document editor and just click the Print button.
Herewith, a patient can sign a document in printed or electronic form.
Do the following to enable patients sign electronic documents in your clinic:
- Create a document template in Settings → Other → Document Templates.
- Add a digital signature device. More information on the digital signatures is available in Help - Digital Signature Devices.
Moreover, a document is always tagged in compliance with the corresponding stage of work with the document, namely Signed at the Device, Printed, Sent to the Device, Signed by a Patient.
ACCESS RIGHT FOR WORKING WITH DOCUMENTS
Work with patient documents is regulated by the access rights to be assigned in Settings → Access Rights:
- Access to the Patient Documents is an access right that either allows or restricts a specialist access to the section Documents in the cards of all clinic patients.
- Access to the Document Template Editing is an access right that combines access to the creation and editing of the created document templates in Settings → Other → Document Templates. Herewith, a specialist with the restricted right still can create new documents in the section Documents of a patient card.
- Delete Patient Documents is an access right that either allows or restricts deletion of the documents signed by a patient in the section Documents of a patient card. This right is usually assigned to the heads and senior administrators. It is recommended to restrict the access right to the doctors and assistants.
Digital Signature Device is an access right that allows a specialist to set up (add or delete) devices to be used to sign digital documents by patients. Go to Settings → Other → Digital Signature Device to set up the devices.
