The report Patients with advance payments contains other information than the report Patients with debts, as it includes information on the patients with advanced payments used to prepay treatment in the clinic.An advance payment is formed when an amount of payment made from the patient’s card is larger than the amount of the act of performed works.
In future the amount of the act of performed works is automatically deducted from the amount of the advance payment when an act of works performed for the patients with advance payments is saved.
Go to Settings → Access rights → access right Access to the reports with debtors, Patients with advanced payments to manage access of the clinic employees to the report.
