Demographics

The Demographics report displays the main demographic indicators of the clinic's patient base. The report data is very important for analyzing different categories of patients, as it allows you to view the following parameters:

• Patient gender - selected in the passport part of each patient's card. The chart also shows the total number of patients in the clinic;
• Age groups - three diagrams (all patients; women; men) that show the age ratio of the clinic's patients. Age groups in the charts consist of intervals from 5 to 10 years. For example, there is an age group of 25-30 years, and there is 41-50;
• Statuses - displays the number of patients for each of the clinic's patient statuses;
• How new patients found out about the clinic - a chart that duplicates the main chart of the How new patients found out about the clinic report and displays percentage and quantitative indicators of various sources of new patient referrals. Before analyzing this indicator, be sure to read the Manual section of the How New Patients Found the Clinic report;
• Paid by patients - this chart shows the number of patients who have paid for treatment in certain amounts;
• Treatment plans: Created for - this chart shows the number of patients for whom treatment plans have been created for amounts in the specified range (0 - 1,000; 1,000 - 5,000, etc.);
• Discount - this chart shows the number of patients who have been granted discounts in the specified range (0 - 5%; 5 - 10%, etc.);
• Family members - displays information about the number of families with two, three, etc. patients. The data is taken from the passport part of the card, where there is a Patient's Family option that allows you to specify the patient's relatives who are also treated in your clinic;
• Number of patients by supervisors - displays the number of patients for each of the clinic's supervisors. You can select a supervisor in the passport part of the patient's card;
• Number of visits - the diagram displays information about the number of patients who had one, two, 3-5 or more visits. 

At the top of the report, there is a Registration period switch. It allows you to analyze the demographics of the clinic's patients for a certain period.

You can also filter patients in the report by the work performed. To do this, click on the Filter by performed work button in the upper right and in the new window that opens, select the types of work you want to sort.

This way, you can check which categories of patients prefer certain types of work.
