Reminders

The report Reminders is a summary table containing information on every reminder created in the clinic. Reminders is a convenient tool that allows you to arrange internal communication between the clinic specialists. Consequently, there are two types of reminders in Cliniccards: with (for example, on the start of the next treatment stage) or without reference to a patient.

The report Reminders ensures fast access to all reminders of the clinic or sorting of the reminders by upper filter having the following convenient parameters: a comment made on creation of the reminder, the reminder status and even name of a specialist who created the reminder. The following parameters are especially noteworthy:

  • Important information is used to make reminders to the patients. The field Important information enables tracking of notifications with the important information on the patients or visits. The important information is specified in the corresponding field of the patient card.
  • Date of creation is a date when a reminder has been created;
  • Date is a day when a reminder shall appear as a bell in the upper right corner of the panel. A reminder date is determined on its creation.
  • An authorized person is a specialist or a group of specialists (for example, administrators) who receive a reminder on the named day. It will appear as a bell in the upper right corner.
  • Priority. The reminders can be of Standard or High priority. High priority reminders are labeled with an exclamation mark.

Moreover, we added a new reminder-related parameter See all reminders in the log in the access right settings.The option enables a user to see all reminders created in the clinic when it is active. If the option is inactive, a specialist can see only the reminders he/she is responsible for.
