Salary settings

The report Salary settings is an interactive report used to set new or change available salary accrual parameters.

A table of the report includes the following parameters for every employee:

• Rate is a monthly salary amount.
• Hourly rate and Hourly rate 2 is an hourly rate amount. 
• Taxes is a percentage of tax on total salary.
• Tracker is a function to turn a time tracker on or off. More details on the function is available in the section Time tracker in the Help.
• Performs work is an activation of the employee salary calculation for those employees who receive a percentage or a fixed amount of the work performed.
• Salary coefficient is used to determine a percentage or a fixed amount of the work performed for every employee. Herewith, every doctor may have his/her own rate (or no rate) depending on the type of provided service and terms and conditions of cooperation with a clinic.
