Access rights for work with schedule

Whereas Schedule is a basis of the clinic operation, it is recommended to adjust access rights for work with the schedule individually for every employee in compliance with the internal clinic management regulations.

Check and uncheck functions in compliance with the parameters to be regulated for every employee in the table Access right settings

Rights of access to data and actions are grouped by categories depending on the specialization of clinic participants and their professional duties:

  • Access to the schedule means that a user can view any schedule data, namely, shifts of doctors, assistants and administrators, patient visits and time reserves. By default the access right authorizes a specialist to perform any actions not restricted by other access rights in the schedule.
  • Clinic work schedule editing means that a specialist is authorized to change clinic work hours, time reserves, types of employees and other schedule displaying settings in Settings → Schedule. The access right is usually provided to the clinic heads and senior administrators.
  • Access to all visits in the schedule means that a specialist is authorized to view all visits of all patients appointed to any doctor working in a clinic. A specialist without the access right can view only the visits booked to him/her. The access right is usually assigned to the clinic heads and administrators and restricted to the doctors and assistants.
  • Visit editing means that a specialist is authorized to make amendments to the already created visits and time reserves. When the access right is restricted, a specialist is authorized to add doctors shifts in the schedule.
The access right is usually assigned to the clinic heads and administrators and restricted to the doctors and assistants.
  • Doctors shift editing means that a specialist without the access right is not authorized to create new doctor work shifts and/or edit already created ones. A specialist without the shift editing right does not have access to the report Doctor work shifts.
The access right is usually restricted to the doctors and assistants. It is mainly assigned to the administrators and heads.
  • Access to the assistant shifts means that a specialist without the access right is not authorized to view and edit any schedule data in Assistants. A specialist without access to the assistant work schedule cannot view the report Assistant shifts. The access right is usually restricted to the assistants and doctors and assigned to the clinic administrators and heads.
  • Access to all assistant shifts means that a specialist without the right has no access to all assistant shifts and cannot view details of the work schedule of all clinic assistants.
IMPORTANT: Herewith, a specialist still can edit assistant shifts if the right is not restricted. That is why it is important to restrict an assistant shift editing right for those specialists who are not engaged in making assistant work schedules. Restriction of the shift editing right means that a specialist cannot view the report Assistant shifts.
  • Access to the administrator schedule means that a specialist without the access right is not authorized to view the section Administrators, etc. Herewith, the specialist still has access to the report Administrator shifts.
  • Editing of shifts and administrator KPI means that a specialist without the access right is not authorized to create new administrator work shifts and edit already created ones. A specialist with the restricted right cannot also create and edit КРI parameters for administrators. A specialist with the restricted access to the editing of specialist shifts and KPI does not have access to the report Administrator shifts. The access right is usually restricted to the senior administrators, assistants and/or doctors.
  • Access to all administrator shifts and KPI is an access right that either allows or restricts viewing or editing of the administrator shifts and Reports on the Administraor work shifts. The access right also regulates permission to view or edit Administrator KPI parameters. A specialist with the restricted access to all administrator shifts and KPI does not have access to the report Administrator shifts. The access right is usually restricted to the senior administrators, assistants and/or doctors.
  • Access to the deletion of visits, shifts and time reserves. A specialist without the right is able to create and edit patient visits, specialist shifts and time reserves but cannot delete visits, shifts and time reserves in the schedule.
