Photo editor

Cliniccards has a photo editor. It is available when working with images in the Patient Treatment History and in the Photo Flow

To enter the editing mode and access the editor tools, select the photo you want to modify and click the Edit button.

1. Crop.

Crop is the first tool in the editor list. It offers four key options that let you make the changes you want to your photo in seconds:

  1. Rotate the photo to the left by 90 degrees.
  2. Mirror vertically or horizontally.
  3. Set an arbitrary rotation angle (up to 45%) or enlarge the photo (up to 100%).
  4. Crop the photo in any format.

2. Filters and color adjustments.

Select the Finetune tool to make manual adjustments to brightness, contrast, saturation, temperature, gamma, exposure, and clarity. This lets you get the exact color scheme you want.

Or you can choose a pre-made color scheme from the ones available in the Filter tool.

3. Annotate.

In the editor, select the Annotate tool to add elements and shapes to your photo, such as

  • Arrows and lines - especially useful if you want to emphasize certain areas.
  • Arbitrary rectangles and circles - also allows you to make visual accents.
  • Text - write a comment or leave important information directly on the photo.
  • Sharpie and path - the Sharpie tool allows you to switch to freehand drawing on the photo, and the Path tool allows you to add consecutive lines connected by dots.
  • Stickers - add a ready-made sticker to your photo that can serve as a visual marker.

Each of the tools is quite variable, as you can choose the Angle Radius, Size, Color, and even the Style of the elements.

4. Blur the image.

Select the Reduct tool to blur any part of the image you don't want to show in a few seconds. This way, you can showcase your work while maintaining patient privacy.

Please note! In the editor, you can undo all the changes you have made in one click or just take a step back. Moreover, all added elements remain available for editing in the future.

This ensures that the desired version of the photo is saved even if temporary (or accidental) changes are made.
