In this section of the Help we try to help every user to arrange his/her operation in Cliniccards quickly, conveniently and qualitatively. Our short video tutorials cover all principal issues. 

Training center consists of the following sections:

Clinic settings is a section that helps to get started with Cliniccards, namely, add key clinic information, add specialists, set up access rights, add a price list, automatic salary accrual parameters, add cabinets, time reserves and schedule settings.

Use our video tutorials to set up a clinic in the following order:

1.1 Creation and setting up a clinic is a clear video instruction showing how to create a clinic. Complete access to all other Cliniccards options is provided only after the video instruction.

1.2 Creating a team. When clinic creation is completed, invite the appropriate specialists to your clinic as it is highly important to add all participants on the initial setting stage to ensure a well-coordinated interaction between the specialists.

1.3 Access rights. Set up access rights of every participant in accordance with internal clinic management procedures when you add all participants.

1.4 Entering the price. Is a video tutorial that helps you to set up a price list as the price list is a basis for all automation processes in Cliniccards.

1.5 Salary setting. The next stage after adding all clinic employees and actual price list is to add a salary to automate a salary calculation process.

1.6 Schedule setting. Cliniccards interactive schedule ensures efficient management of a patient visit request and work schedule of all clinic specialists. Watch the video tutorial to perform the correct schedule setting.

Work with patients is a practical section of the training center that shows routine interaction between a clinic and a patient in Cliniccards. This section includes information about adding doctor shifts and patient visits in the schedule, work with a patient treatment history and plan, patient finances and documents.

It is recommended to perform the work in the following order:

2.1 Work with the schedule. When an interactive schedule setting is completed, you can add shifts of doctors, administrators and other clinic participants to ensure creation of correct patient visits.

2.2 Patient Card. The patient's history of treatment. Is a video tutorial that shows how to work with a patient's treatment history, namely, how to save a patient's clinic picture information, including contacts, diagnosis, dental formula, files and photos. 

2.3 Patient Card. The patient's Treatment plans. The treatment plan is an option that  allows you to determine a current treatment stage. The video tutorial shows how to create and work with a treatment plan in all details.

2.4 Patient Card. The patient's Visits.  The section Visits of the Patient Card keeps the history of all patient visits and reminders. The video tutorial shows how to create, edit and control the visits.

2.5 Patient Card. The patient's Finances. Detailed information on every financial transaction performed in a clinic is kept in Finances. This is how we assure detailed financial reports and a clear view of actual situation anytime. The video tutorial shows all details of settlements with patients.
