Subscription management

Go to Subscription management in your personal account to switch from FREE version to PRO and vice versa.

The PRO version is automatically activated when you create a clinic.

All PRO functions are available to new users for FREE during 14 days. An invoice is generated with due consideration to the number of the clinic members in 14 days.

Cliniccards is a prepaid system. Thus, an invoice is generated for 1 year. Herewith, minimum payment amount is 288$ (including 20% VAT 48$) a year. Minimum tariff enables connection of up to two users. A license for every next added clinic participant costs 144$ (including 20% VAT 24$).

If you are a clinic owner then you can calculate total amount using the following formula:

Number of clinic Participants * 144 = Due Amount

The following additional profile parameters are available to the PRO users:

Includes a list of added user payment cards. We recommend you to adjust an automatic debit after an invoice generation to ensure convenient and smooth operation of the system. You can link your card during the first payment. Follow the link to check out the rules of using automatic payments.  

 

 ■  Tab Agreements
Enables facilitation of the document flow as an agreement is filled automatically. This option is convenient for the users who pay Cliniccards on behalf of a legal entity.

Go to the tab Agreements, click the button Fill and send the agreement and select a type of a legal entity, on behalf of which an agreement will be signed, to sign the Agreement on the SOFTWARE PROVISION between CLINICCARDS LLC and your entity. Fill all the necessary fields in the window that has appeared and click Save at the bottom of the page.

A letter is automatically sent to your email when the data entered to the agreement template are saved. You need just print two copies of the agreement, sign and seal them and send them to the p/o box specified in the letter.
