Cliniccards now has a report on patients delayed due to a doctor’s fault.
When choosing visit statuses, first In the clinic (when a patient arrived) and then In the cabinet (when a doctor started to work) Cliniccards records the difference between the change of two statuses and displays it in the report.
To enable this function, go to the Reports - Delay of patient visits and choose the required period; the current month is set automatically.
The report displays a list of doctors, the number of patients with a delayed visit, the total delay in hours and some smaller periods: up to 5 minutes, 5-15 minutes, more than 15 minutes.
This gives you an opportunity to track the level of service and make it even better!
Please note! The delay is 1 minute or more.
The difference is considered only between the statuses In the clinic and In the cabinet (if the status is Planned or Confirmed, and then changed to In the cabinet, no delay is to be considered).
Example 1
The patient`s visit is scheduled at 11:00 and they arrived at the clinic on time. The administrator specified the visit status In the clinic. The doctor became available at 11:15 and accepted the patient. The administrator changes the status In the cabinet. The delay is 15 minutes, as the difference between two visit statuses.
Example 2
The patient`s visit is scheduled at 11:00 and they arrived at the clinic late at 11:10. The administrator specified the visit status In the clinic. The doctor became available at 11:15 and accepted the patient. The administrator changes the status In the cabinet. The delay is 5 minutes.
Example 3
The patient`s visit is scheduled at 11:00 and they arrived at the clinic earlier at 10:45. The administrator specified the visit status In the clinic. The doctor became available at 11:15 and accepted the patient. The administrator changes the status In the cabinet. The delay is 15 minutes. The fact that the patient arrived earlier is not to be considered a delay due to a doctor`s fault.
