A Patient treatment history keeps all treatment stages, including an unlimited number of files in all formats (for example, photos, video, 3D and OPG), in chronological order.

A Patient Treatment History is generated as following:

1. Create a new stage of the patient treatment plan (manually or through the treatment plan).
2. Add files and photos to the stage. There are two ways of uploading files to Cliniccards:

• Add a photo when you create a new stage in the patient treatment plan.
• Upload all photos to the photostream and then distribute them among the patient cards.

3. Add a comment to a treatment stage or use a diagnosis template.
4. Add a Dental formula. More details on how to handle the function is provided in the section Dental formula of the Note.
5. Share the relevant treatment stage or the whole treatment history with other specialists, if necessary.
