Teamwork is often essential during certain stages of treatment. To streamline this process, the Cliniccards team has introduced a new feature that allows users to edit each other's comments in the Treatment history. This feature operates similarly to Google Docs, enabling each participant to add, correct, and enhance comments, resulting in a more balanced and high-quality summary.
To allow others to edit your comment, do the following:
1. Create a new Treatment plan stage and write your comment there
or click Edit comment pencil next to a comment you previously created on a specific treatment stage;
2. Turn on the Allow others to edit the comment switch;
3. Click Save.
Now, other users can edit your comment by clicking the Edit comment pencil on the right.
At the same time, you can also disable the Allow others to edit the comment option at any time, and you can track all changes in the Editing log.
