July was very productive at Cliniccards: we prepared and implemented eight updates! We are confident that these updates will make your next months even more productive, and we will tell you more about them.
1. Update of treatment plans report
A Graphic section has been added to the Treatment Plans report. You can now view summary analytics from treatment plans in a graphical format and track various indicators.
2. Updated fiscalization
Now, when completing the fiscalization process, you can select which manipulations to fiscalize. You can also modify their costs and discount rates (this feature is used only within Ukraine).
3. Mobility of the patient visit window in the schedule
You can now move the Patient Visit window in the Schedule by holding down the icon at the top left or by using the Ctrl key. This allows you to place the window wherever it is convenient for you, so you won't need to leave it to see the schedule.
4. Inventory and revaluation updates
Now the Inventory can be conducted separately for each Stock. Additionally, you can perform Revaluation directly during the inventory and track the inventory progress in percentages in the Inventory Act.
5. Update of the price list editing
Now you can edit the prices in the Price list not only manually for each item, but also automatically. This can be done for the entire price list or certain sections.
In just a couple of clicks, you can adjust how the price changes, as well as how the prices are rounded. The program will then automatically recalculate the entire price.
6. Subclinics in the general clinic report
An opportunity to generate a report separately for each subclinic, and not only for the network as a whole, has been added to the General clinic report.
7. Improved patient search
Now Patients can be searched by partially entered Last Name and by the Phone 2 parameter, making patient search smarter.
8. General speed up of Cliniccards
You may not have noticed, but it's now faster to load larger pages, especially on lower-performance computers.
