When a patient has already planned several visits, a certain amount of money can be paid immediately in advance, or promised to be paid next time if a patient did not have enough funds during a visit. To make it convenient for the administrator, the names of patients with a positive/negative balance are displayed in green/red in the Schedule and in the patient’s card in the ‘Finance’ section.
To learn more about all debtors and subscribers, we have created the corresponding reports called ‘Patients with debt’ and ‘Patients with advance’ in the ‘Reports’ section. The principle of search, filtering and editing is the same as other reports do. This section has the same principle of search, filtering and editing as other reports do. Only employees with access can view information (‘Settings’ / ‘Access settings’ / and tick the ‘Access to debt and advance patients report’ box).
