When making an appointment for a patient, clinic administrators often make notes in the comments, for instance:
- the patient`s issue;
- the name of the manipulation to be performed by a doctor;
- a special procedure to be performed, etc.
In such a case, instead of the most popular comments, it is very convenient to use small pictures (emoji), each having its own meaning. It will not take much time to select the appropriate icon, moreover, if compared to a text comment they are easier to perceive.
To add an icon to a patient’s visit, just click the gray gear symbol at the top and select the icon when creating a new visit or editing an existing one. You can also add a second icon next to it by repeating the procedure. To remove the icon, select the gear symbol instead.
Thus, seeing the emoji ‘camera’ and ‘filled tooth’ opposite the patient in the schedule the doctor understands that a patient requires photo documentation and composite restoration.
