Recently, an Online booking option was added to Cliniccards. With this option, patients can choose the date, time, specialist, and procedures in your clinic. And based on this data, the schedule in Cliniccards is generated automatically!

We are pleased to announce that now two new features have been added to the Online Booking section that will help make online appointments in Cliniccards even more flexible and accurate!
Let's take a closer look at them!
These are free periods of time during which a patient can make an appointment. In general, the following slot values (in minutes) are available: 10, 15, 20, 30, 60.
For example, if you set the slot value to 20, the interval for each subsequent appointment will be 20 minutes, i.e. patients will be able to book an appointment for: 09:00, 09:20, 09:40, etc. Accordingly, if the slot value is 30, then the interval for the appointment will be: 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, etc.
Go to the Settings → Other → Online booking page and turn the Create online appointment reminders switch to the active position. Now select the responsible specialist.
After making these settings, the responsible specialist will automatically receive reminders to call the patient back and confirm the appointment.
