It has become even more convenient to describe a treatment history

A doctor just performs the planned works in a treatment plan, and the system enters information into a treatment history/doctor`s diary.

How does it work? Let`s look at the example:

  1. When performing part of the planned work in a treatment plan (Photopolymer restoration 15 14 13 12 11), a stage named (Photopolymer restoration 15 14 13 12 11) and a comment [15 14 13 12 11: photopolymer restoration] are created in a treatment history.
  2.  If the planned work (Photopolymer restoration 21 22 23 24 25) continues, new units (21 22 23 24 25) and a new comment [21 22 23 24 25: photopolymer restoration] are added to the name of the created stage in a treatment history (Photopolymer restoration 15 14 13 12 11).

Now you do not need to insert information manually, you just need to create a treatment plan and the performed manipulations from the plan will be automatically inserted in a treatment history and doctor`s diary. This makes a doctor`s work easier.

Please note! A treatment plan can be created by one doctor and performed by another one. Thus, when performing manipulations it is necessary to specify the performing doctor correctly.
