To make it easier to keep all the necessary patient`s records, the Documents section contains all the forms prescribed by the protocols of the Ministry of Healthcare.
Now it is possible to fill out the 043 form even easier and faster.
To do so, go to the Settings - Other - Diagnoses templates section and create an additional category with the templates of Diagnosis, Objective, Complaints, etc. and fill in the required information.
After that, you can easily complete the fields of the cover sheet of 043 form by clicking the template button and using the pre-created diagnoses templates.
