Cliniccards now has document templates, which are created individually with the possibility of editing and printing at some future date. For instance: agreement (permit) for treatment, conditions, information letters, treatment recommendations, refusals, etc.
How to enable this option:
1. The owner of the clinic grants access rights to responsible persons Settings – Access settings;
2. Once the right to edit document templates is granted Settings - Other - Document templates - Create a document.
How to create a new document:
1. Specify the name (name the document) of the document;
2. Fill in the main section of the form (body of the letter, statement, agreement, etc.);
3. Fill in the footer of the form (name, signature, etc.).
A specialized Documents tab has been added to the patient’s card, so that you can easily handle already created document templates. You can use this section to create, print, or edit a certain document. Cliniccards automatically saves all printed forms, without the possibility of further editing. For instance, after a long period of time, you can go to the patient’s card and review all the forms signed.
