Cliniccards enables digital signing of documents, in particular:
To enable the function of digital signature, you will need a tablet.
Use your Android tablet to go to cliniccards.com. If you use an iPad, download the Cliniccards app from the App Store. At the very bottom of the landing page find the Input for devices button that generates codes.
Then use your PC to visit Сliniccards, go to Settings - Other - Devices. Click the add button, insert numbers from the tablet into a code field. Once the settings are saved, patients will be able to sign documents right on the tablet.
Each patient’s card has the Documents section. To sign a document the administrator selects the required documents and clicks the Digital signature icon. The documents will be sent to the tablet. The patient can look through the documents and sign on the highlighted area at the bottom. Make sure you clicked the done button. Then the administrator`s PC will receive a notification that the documents are signed.
Pursuant to Article 207 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, digital signatures may be used with the written consent of the parties, which contains specimen signatures.
Please note! The clinic and a patient have to sign an agreement - the Agreement for the procedure for documents signing - specifying the purpose and the specimen of a signature
