Vladislavs Aleksejevs, founder and chief physician of LAVA Dental Studio, started with a single chair in a small town 300 km from Riga. He commuted 600 km every week while studying in his third year of dental school.
At the age of 26, he opened LAVA Dental Studio, a boutique clinic where dentistry is no longer about pain but about lifestyle. No rich parents. No medical dynasty. Just a clear vision, strategy, and faith in his team.
In our conversation, Vladislav told us:
This is a story about how dentistry is becoming a lifestyle space where patients relax, the team grows together, and the owner is not afraid to invest in himself as a businessman.
