Mass text messaging makes the process of provision of patients with necessary information (for example, offers, holiday greetings, etc.) much easier.
How to enable this option:
- Go to the ‘Reports’ / ‘Clinic`s patients’ / Filter patients by the necessary parameters: gender, age, amount of payments, etc.
- At the bottom of the table, click ‘Download patients phones for sms’.
- Sign up for mailing service turbosms.ua.
- In the ‘Signatures’ section, add the signature of your clinic.
- Upload the file with the patients` phone numbers in the ‘Phonebook’ / “Add a group of phone numbers” section.
- To replenish your account, go to ‘Payments’ / ‘Buy credit’.
Now you can send all the necessary information to a selected group of patients with just one click.
