By uniting patients into families at Cliniccards, any administrator can always have information on family members that undergo treatment, ask about their health, thus expressing their concern, etc.
To unite patients into a family, go to the profile of one of its members and click the button with the family icon. Add relatives and specify the relation (mother, father, son, etc.) It is also possible to select one or more Payers in the family settings. This will help administrator or doctors understand which family member to contact for payment for the treatment of other relatives.
If the family is not specified, then the icon in the patient profile will be black and white. When patients are united in a family, the family icon becomes colored and is reflected in the patient’s card and in the schedule.
