Diagnoses templates are designed to speed up the process of putting of the clinical findings and the procedures performed into the patient's card. From now on, there is no need for the specialists to manually type one and the same or similar descriptions after each appointment. All you have to do is create templates of the most popular diagnoses, clinical findings and procedures and use them anytime you need to describe the same or a similar diagnosis.
To create templates go to Settings/Other/Diagnoses templates. Here you can ‘Add template сategory’ for different categories of procedures and ‘Add a template’ to the respective category.
To use all the created templates go to the patient's ‘Treatment History’ and click the ‘Select from templates’ button in front of the respective comment on the right. Select the template, click on it, edit as needed and save as a new comment.
