Recently, Cliniccards introduced the ability to record voice notes directly in the Treatment History. This became a convenient way to quickly capture examination details or any other information “on the go.”
Now, we’ve made this tool even more practical — by adding an AI-powered transcription feature. This means any voice recording can instantly be converted into text using AI and saved in the comments of a patient’s treatment stage.
How it works:
A button with the letter T appears under the recorded voice note;
If the transcription hasn’t been opened yet, the button will be green;
By clicking the button, AI will analyze the note and generate a transcription;
The T button turns grey, and the transcribed text appears above the audio track.
With transcription, it’s easy to capture a doctor’s notes right during the appointment and quickly return to them later. Working with Treatment History becomes even more convenient for both the doctor and the team.
Record information in Cliniccards the way it’s most convenient for you — and always keep it at hand in the right format.
