Tasks are now available in the patient card

Working with tasks in Cliniccards has become even more convenient. Now all tasks related to a patient can be viewed directly in that patient’s card.

There is no longer any need to switch between sections to understand what is currently in progress for a specific patient.

How it works

A new Tasks section has been added to the patient card. To make it available, the clinic owner or a specialist with the appropriate permissions needs to go to Tasks → Settings → Access rights and add you to the team with the Access to tasks permission enabled.

In the Tasks section of the patient card, you can view tasks with:

  • deadlines, priorities, and assigned specialists;
  • attached files, photos, and even audio;
  • statuses such as New, In Progress, and Done.

Important details

  1. If you do not have the Access to tasks permission, the section will not be visible.
  2. If you are assigned as the responsible person in at least one task, you will see the section regardless of other access restrictions.
  3. Task visibility depends on board access permissions and the Tasks module settings.
  4. Tasks notifications icon is available in the top-right corner of the upper bar. It shows all task-related notifications, including when you are assigned as responsible, mentioned in comments, added to new comments, or involved in other task activity.

All patient-related work is now gathered in one place. You get quick access to tasks without switching between modules and a clearer view of the current status of work for each patient.
