Laboratory in Cliniccards
Collaboration between a dental laboratory and a clinic often means working in constant multitasking and chaos. Orders in Telegram, photos in Viber, an outdated fees list in PDF, work statuses discussed verbally, and payments tracked in an Excel file that no one updates on time.
To turn this chaos into a structured workflow, Cliniccards now includes Laboratory – a complete workspace for dental laboratories, fully connected with ordering clinics.
How it works
You can sign up as a laboratory in two ways:
- Through a separate laboratory registration on the website;
- From an existing clinic account by clicking the workspace name in the top-left corner and selecting Create Laboratory.
After registration, the laboratory sets up: Fees for ordering clinics; Order Forms for different types of lab work; optional Internal fees for calculating dental technician salaries; Customers – partner clinics that send orders to the laboratory.
After that, you can start working in the system.
- Receive orders from partner clinics directly in Cliniccards. No messengers. No calls. Each order appears in the separate New orders section with all details: patient, type of work, shade, teeth, files, voice comments, and more.
- Create tasks for technicians through the Tasks module. Assign work across the team, track production stages, leave comments, and attach photos.
- Work with two price lists: a Fees for ordering clinics, which they can see when creating an order, and, if needed, an Internal fees for calculating technician salaries.
- Communicate directly with the ordering provider within the order via comments, voice messages, attachments, and photos. The entire conversation history stays in one place.
- Automate material tracking through the Inventory module. Create calculation cards for price list items, and materials will be automatically written off after the work is completed.
