Certificates for the youngest patients are now available in Cliniccards

Certificates for school, kindergarten, or sports clubs can now be prepared without any hassle. Form 027 can be filled out and signed directly in Cliniccards—quickly, conveniently, and entirely online.

How it works:

1. Go to the Visits section in the patient’s card.
2. Select the required visit and click the eSveikata button next to the doctor’s name.
3. In the pop-up window, choose Form 27.
4. Fill in the form and submit.
5. A PDF is generated automatically — you can view it with the Documentas button.
6. Sign it using your preferred digital method.
7. The signed document is stored in the patient’s Documents section.
