Cliniccards has added a separate Salary block to the Reports section, in particular:
In the Salary, salary is calculated for each clinic`s employee. Salary is calculated as the sum of the specified rate, % for the work performed and bonuses, with the deduction of fines. The shift hours column shows the number of hours generated in a schedule, taking into account the completed status of a shift. Earnings per hour is the hourly rate multiplied by the hours of completed shifts.
For illustration purposes, bonuses are displayed in green, and fines are displayed in red and are recorded directly into the salaries table. The far right columns show the total accrued salary for a month, the advance paid and the balance to be paid. The amount may be changed manually in the accrued salary box; in this case, * is put next to the amount to indicate that the amount has been changed. If required, the calculation of the total salary can be returned back by simply deleting the amount.
In the right column, the Issue salary button is displayed in two colors: blue and green. Green color indicates that the salary for the current month is fully paid. Blue color indicates that the salary is not paid or paid partially. The white button Payroll allows you to see a detailed calculation of salaries: complited work, quantity, cost and doctor's share. Payroll can be downloaded in exel and printed if necessary.
At the top of the table, there are salaries for each month.
The functionality of Salary journal, Calculate salary and Salary coefficients is unchanged.
Salary settings make it possible to set rates and bonuses for the work performed for each clinic`s employee.
