Now it is possible to automatically send your patients SMS-reminders 1 day prior to a visit. To enable mass texting, you need to sign up for turbosms.ua and add a signature of your clinic (‘Signatures’ / ‘Add Signature’ section). It will take 10 days for the national operator to confirm the signature.
Then, you need to replenish your account on the Turbosms website and contact Cliniccards support team to enable mass texting. Please note that you have to pay directly to Turbosms according to their tariff rates. No extra fees will be charged by ClinicCards.
